Ninth Stage

Say Uncle tells of a new patented kind of ammo for so called smart guns (think New Jersey and laugh at the oxymoron of NJ pols coming up with anything smart).

My plan is to patent a kind of democracy ammo. This ammo would be issued to police forces only and would function only if and when a majority of the citizens within an as yet unspecified radius vote yea. That’s real democracy in action. I’ll need help of course with the specs and I invite informative and critical comments.

Once the patent is done all we’ll need is a few bucks to bribe the legislators to pass a law mandating the ammo. After that the sky’s the limit.
