You’re plan is to scatter tons and tons of dust (page 3) in the upper atmospere, over the arctic, to mitigate global warming. Now every cold related weather problem has become yours. Record snowfall in the northeast? Someone will try to get you to pay for any losses. Deaths? Your on the hook.

The worst case is a Fallen Angels scenario, where these efforts precipitate an ice age - mini or otherwise. How’d you like that bill?

Global warming is not only natural, it is preferrable. Don’t believe me? Consider the alternative (stasis is not an option).
