The killers of Kathryn Johnston got off easy today by pleading guilty to manslaughter. Kathryn Johnston was the victim of a home invasion by police officers last November, when she defended her home and life she was shot dead in a hail of 39 police issue bullets.

Old woman killer Officer J.R. Smith pleaded guilty to manslaughter, violation of oath, criminal solicitation, making false statements and perjury, which was based on untrue claims in a warrant.

Old woman killer former Officer Gregg Junnier pleaded guilty to manslaughter, violation of oath, criminal solicitation and making false statements.

Thanks to the badge, both men are expected to face little more than 10 years in prison.
