This arsenal belonging to Richard Mell includes powerful banned automatic handguns. Mell is ,obviously, armed is also powerful, and well connected. I highly recommend using SWAT and a dynamic entry team to take down this dangerous menace to the children of Chicago.

Seriously though, this is just another case of the elite politicians deciding that they have the right to keep themselves and their families safe, but denying that right to law abiding citizens.
